Amity Shipping & Logistics FZE is expanding its team and is looking for experienced sales professionals for the positions of Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious candidates with strong logistics sales experience and a proven ability to develop business opportunities.
The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and achieving business targets. Professionals with UAE market experience and strong knowledge of freight forwarding solutions are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote logistics solutions including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and customs clearance services.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and logistics solutions.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• UAE market experience is essential.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
