Momentum is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead its sales team and support the company’s continued business growth. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management within the consulting or corporate services sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within consulting or corporate services.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
