Description:

Square Yards UAE is actively hiring high-performing and result-driven Sales Leaders who are ready to take full ownership of business units with complete Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility. The role is focused on driving aggressive sales growth, managing large teams, and expanding broker and developer networks across UAE markets. Candidates should have a strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and proven experience in high-ticket sales environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of business unit performance including revenue and P&L accountability

• Build, lead, and scale high-performing broker/channel and direct sales teams

• Develop and manage strong relationships with developers and property partners

• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

• Drive aggressive market expansion strategies to increase revenue streams

• Oversee end-to-end sales operations and ensure consistent deal closures

• Lead, mentor, and motivate large sales teams to achieve high performance

• Strengthen broker networks and optimize channel sales performance

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong background in UAE real estate or high-value sales industries

• Proven track record of achieving multi-million revenue targets

• Extensive experience in managing broker networks and direct sales teams

• Prior UAE real estate market experience is mandatory
