- Set up and manage WhatsApp groups for painters and contractors, sharing product information, promotions, and company updates to keep them engaged.
- Scout nearby construction sites and ongoing projects to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up until they convert into business for the assigned dealer.
- Support dealers in acquiring new customers and increasing repeat business, and conduct product demonstrations or awareness activities when needed.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, and promotional activities, and share relevant market intelligence with your supervisor.
- Keep accurate records of outlet visits, customer interactions, painter and contractor contacts, site visits, leads, and converted sales, and prepare daily or weekly activity reports for coordination with the Sales Representative or Area Sales Manager.
