About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercial leader to drive customer acquisition and app adoption across East Africa. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies that deliver measurable growth, while leading and developing sales teams and agent networks. This role demands a strong entrepreneurial mindset, deep community engagement, and a data-driven approach to optimise performance and capture new opportunities.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Driving customer acquisition and app adoption across East Africa.
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Growing transaction volumes, customer retention, and market share.
- Leading and developing Sales & Operations Assistants and sales agents.
- Managing customer reactivation and retention initiatives.
- Building strong relationships within diaspora and local communities.
- Using sales data and market insights to optimise performance and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to drive business success.
