Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Sales Executive to lead the commercial expansion of our software development and web services portfolios. Your primary objective is to aggressively uncover B2B market opportunities, convert enterprise prospects, and secure long-term service contracts for custom web design, application development, and managed digital services. This position bridges consultative solution selling with high-velocity lead generation; you will run technical discovery sessions, articulate return on investment (ROI) matrices to corporate decision-makers, and coordinate with internal software developers to scope accurate pricing architectures. The role demands an energetic, target-anchored professional who understands web technology trends and excels at managing complex corporate sales cycles from prospecting to final sign-off.
Scope of Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Pipeline Origination

Formulate and deploy systematic outbound sales strategies designed to capture market share and consistently hit monthly revenue goals.

Conduct target-market prospecting, utilizing corporate networks, cold outreach, and industry events to uncover companies requiring digital transformation or website overhauls.

Navigate corporate landscapes independently to identify, engage, and pitch key decision-makers, including Marketing Directors, IT Leads, and Managing Directors.

Track local technology shifts and competitor service packaging models to position the company's software products competitively.
Consultative Pitching & Solution Scoping

Lead comprehensive business discovery meetings with prospective clients to map out their operational bottlenecks, website requirements, and structural technical challenges.

Deliver polished, high-impact product demonstrations and presentations detailing features, security baselines, and tangible business ROI.

Partner closely with internal software engineering and development teams to construct accurate, airtight project scoping documents and financial proposals.

Translate complex backend technical frameworks into plain, benefit-driven commercial concepts that resonate with non-technical business owners.
Relationship Cultivation & Account Closing

Drive end-to-end contract negotiations, safely resolving client pricing friction and alignment terms to close highly profitable web service accounts.

Nurture strong, transparent corporate relationships post-sale to encourage long-term account retainers and lucrative referral streams.

Serve as the trusted commercial link between clients and product teams, guaranteeing contract parameters are executed exactly as promised.

Address and resolve account management concerns or adjustments swiftly, upholding the firm's core customer experience metrics.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Reporting

Maintain seamless, supportive workflows with digital marketing, design, and system administration divisions to ensure smooth project handovers.

Log all business pipeline actions, client correspondence logs, and contract probabilities accurately inside tracking databases.

Compile and present detailed weekly sales velocity logs, pipeline projections, and regional market intelligence overviews to executive leadership.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria

Academic Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related commercial and technical field.

Tech Sales Longevity: Minimum of 3 years of progressive, verified experience operating in corporate tech sales, software-as-a-service (SaaS) pipelines, digital agency business development, or IT infrastructure products.

Commercial Toolkit: Proven ability to build independent client pipelines, manage standard sales frameworks, and navigate enterprise negotiation steps.

Tech Fluency: Solid fundamental understanding of web design ecosystems, content management systems (CMS), e-commerce integrations, and cloud hosting terminology.
