Job Summary

We are seeking a highly dynamic, results-anchored Sales Executive to drive property acquisitions and investor portfolio expansion for our fast-growing real estate enterprise. Your primary focus will be to source qualified real estate buyers, lead engaging project presentations, and manage high-value property closures. This position bridges aggressive field business development with high-touch advisory services; you will handle the entire sales funnel from running targeted digital outreach and coordinating physical site visits to negotiating structural payment plans and auditing local land value trends. The role demands an ambitious, self-directed professional who possesses strong commercial negotiation skills and thrives inside an aggressive, target-driven commission ecosystem.

Scope of Responsibilities

Pipeline Creation & Revenue Generation

  • Drive the continuous achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly property sales volume quotas and revenue benchmarks.
  • Discover and qualify high-potential real estate buyers through strategic corporate networking, investment groups, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Manage an active, multi-stage sales pipeline, ensuring consistent, structured follow-ups with all prospective property investors.
  • Represent the firm professionally during commercial property exhibitions, housing expos, roadshows, and corporate brand activations.

Client Advisory & Site Facilitation

  • Build and insulate long-term investment relationships with domestic buyers, corporate entities, and diaspora investors.
  • Conduct detailed, professional property presentations, matching specific land or housing units with client financial goals.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead physical site visits to various property layouts, clearly articulating zoning rules, utility infrastructure, and future capital growth profiles.
  • Deliver accurate advisory insights regarding local real estate market vectors, payment milestones, and processing timelines.

Transaction Management & Closure Compliance

  • Negotiate transaction parameters, structural payment plans, and discount allowances within approved corporate price baselines.
  • Guide clients through the complete documentation lifecycle, ensuring clear compilation of Letters of Intent, Sale Agreements, and booking protocols.
  • Coordinate closely with internal legal counsels and financial teams to facilitate smooth, transparent title processing and payment verifications.
  • Protect strict compliance matrices across all sales interactions, respecting national land policies and real estate regulatory frameworks.

Market Intelligence & Activity Reporting

  • Audit local property competitor setups, tracking adjustments in pricing structures, payment flexibilities, and marketing strategies.
  • Keep clean, updated client profiles and contact history within the company's customer relationship management database.
  • Compile and present detailed weekly sales forecasts, lead-to-conversion metrics, and field strategy recommendations to executive leadership.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a matching business line.
  • Industry Longevity: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive, verified performance in direct sales, with a distinct preference for specialists with a proven track record closing property or land deals.
  • Target Achievement: Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding high-volume sales targets, with verifiable portfolio metrics.
  • Mobility Advantage: Possession of a valid driving license is a strong operational advantage for managing frequent client site visits.
