Sales Executive – Real Estate

A well-established real estate company operating in Dubai and Sharjah is currently seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join its growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property sales, client engagement, and achieving strong business results in a competitive market.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling client inquiries, promoting property listings, and closing sales deals while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties across Dubai and Sharjah

• Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals

• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential buyers

• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and property listings

• Support overall business growth through lead generation and networking

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English (Additional languages are an advantage)

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

• High school certificate or bachelor’s degree
