DT Apex is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive – Mechanical to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in the HVAC industry who are passionate about building strong client relationships and driving sales growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring that customer requirements are successfully converted into confirmed orders. This role requires a professional who understands the technical aspects of HVAC systems while also possessing strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Working in a competitive and fast-paced market, the Sales Executive will be expected to contribute to the company’s revenue goals by promoting HVAC solutions, managing client communications, and supporting project discussions with contractors and consultants. The ideal candidate should be confident in presenting technical products, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities within the HVAC sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients
  • Identify new business prospects and generate consistent sales leads
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations for clients
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure new orders
  • Track client requirements and ensure smooth coordination during the sales cycle
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to strengthen long-term business relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience within the HVAC industry
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and manage client orders successfully
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships
