Description:
Agri Ventures FZE is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support the growth of its Home Care and Personal Care product portfolio in Dubai. This role is ideal for sales professionals with FMCG experience who are passionate about expanding market presence and building long-term customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across assigned territories, developing partnerships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, and achieving sales targets. Experience in home care or cleaning products will be highly advantageous, along with a strong understanding of retail and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sales activities for home care and personal care FMCG products across assigned markets.
• Identify new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while increasing market share.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and consumer trends.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
• Promote company products and strengthen brand presence within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Previous experience in home care or cleaning products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of distributor and retail sales channels.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• FMCG sales and distribution channels.
• Business development and client relationship management.
• Market analysis, sales forecasting, and customer service
