Description:

TASA Gulf Industry LLC is looking for a motivated and field-driven Sales Executive to join its Copper Products Division in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about industrial sales, enjoy direct client interaction, and are skilled in building long-term business relationships.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting copper-based products and driving sales across multiple industrial sectors. This is a high-growth opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing environment, offering strong earning potential and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads across cable, panel, switchgear, and MEP sectors

• Manage end-to-end sales process from quotation to order closure

• Promote copper rods, busbars, strips, and related industrial products

• Conduct regular field visits to develop and expand customer base

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting discipline

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3–11 years of experience in industrial, metals, or electrical product sales

• Strong UAE market experience is mandatory

• Valid UAE Driving License preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a field-based, target-driven environment

• Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition

• Strong knowledge of:

• Industrial sales and business development

• Copper and metal product applications

• UAE industrial market and client networks

• CRM systems and sales reporting tools

• End-to-end sales cycle management
