Description:

Noor Deira Steel is currently seeking experienced Sales Executives to join its growing team in the UAE. The company is looking for professionals who are fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Russian and possess strong B2B sales expertise within the steel, metals, commodities, or international trading sectors.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are confident in building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating commercial deals in a competitive market environment. Applicants with knowledge of international trade procedures and logistics coordination will be highly valued.

The selected candidates will work closely with internal departments while contributing to business expansion and revenue growth. The role also offers attractive incentives, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify new business opportunities within the steel and commodities market

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with clients

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order execution

• Previous experience in steel, metals, or commodities trading is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• UAE market experience will be considered an advantage
