Description:

Zay is currently expanding its operations across the UAE and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executives to become part of its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets within a fast-moving and competitive FMCG environment.

The company is seeking individuals who are energetic, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic workplace while contributing to the continued growth of the organization across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Northern Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across assigned territories

• Promote and sell FMCG and hygiene-related products to retail and commercial clients

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the UAE market

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement

• Conduct regular market visits and maintain awareness of competitor activities and market trends

• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates for management review

• Ensure timely coordination with internal departments regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven UAE FMCG sales experience is mandatory

• Prior experience dealing with hygiene products will be considered an added advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned sales territories efficiently

• Candidates should be available for immediate joining

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role
