Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional with strong consultative selling skills. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments and guiding professionals toward the right certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins)
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Follow up consistently & build strong client relationships
- Achieve/exceed monthly & quarterly targets
- Provide expert course guidance & career advice
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in:
- – Education / Training Sales– OR Insurance / Real Estate / Banking Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
- Proven sales track record
- Confident, presentable & customer-focused
- Must be available in UAE for immediate joining
