Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional with strong consultative selling skills. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments and guiding professionals toward the right certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins)
• Convert leads into enrollments
• Follow up consistently & build strong client relationships
• Achieve/exceed monthly & quarterly targets
• Provide expert course guidance & career advice
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with marketing for campaign improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in:
• – Education / Training Sales– OR Insurance / Real Estate / Banking Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
• Proven sales track record
• Confident, presentable & customer-focused
• Must be available in UAE for immediate joining
