A growing company in the Stainless Steel and Metal Fabrication industry is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join its team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who can combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to develop new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide suitable technical solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the metal fabrication industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate project requirements with the production team.

• Visit clients, follow up on sales leads, and convert opportunities into successful projects.

• Develop long-term customer partnerships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Metal Fabrication, Stainless Steel, or Engineering industry is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Technical knowledge combined with strong sales and business development abilities.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
