Description:

A globally regulated Forex and CFD brokerage firm is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its Dubai-based team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in the Forex/CFD industry and a passion for sales, lead generation, and building strategic partnerships. The role focuses on driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
• Build and maintain affiliate partnerships including Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, money managers, and influencers.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Qualify leads effectively and arrange meetings for the Head of Sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and track performance metrics.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles.
• Strong “hunter” mindset with the ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (standard office timings)
