Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify RFX opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) using designated databases.

• Support daily sales workflows and operational processes.

• Maintain sales templates and documentation for procurement and billing.

• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Solutions teams for smooth execution.

• Ensure accurate CRM updates and lead tracking.

• Assist in improving sales systems and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 1+ year experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace tools.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a remote, distributed environment.

• Experience in SaaS or EdTech is an advantage.
