Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail Coordinator to join our dynamic team at UAE Jobs. The ideal candidate will in the coordination and administration of sales activities, that our sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

 

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client meetings, and sales documentation.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made clients negotiating with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
  • Coordinate and communicate the department and other departments.
  • Develop and maintain a system for all sales documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional or events.

Requirements

    • oma Business or fieldli> li>Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or a similar role.
    • understanding of principles and customer service practices.
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
