EL SEWEDY INDUSTRIES in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join its team. The role is designed for professionals who can support the sales team effectively, manage documentation, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate sales records while ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in preparing accurate quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely operations
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and client requirements to maintain service quality
• Prepare sales reports and maintain precise records of all sales activities
• Handle documentation and assist in the smooth execution of daily sales operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• UAE experience is preferred
