Description:
A well-established F&B business is currently hiring Sales/Cashiers for its Umm Al Quwain branch. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior experience in food and beverage cashiering who are looking to join a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining billing accuracy, and ensuring smooth front-end service operations while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately at the counter
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to all guests
• Process sales bills, receipts, and ensure correct order entries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing
• Manage daily cash collection and ensure proper reconciliation at shift end
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items and orders
• Follow company policies and maintain service standards at all times
• Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience working as an F&B Cashier is mandatory
• Applicants must currently be located in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ)
• Immediate availability is required
• Candidates with cancelled visa or visit visa status will be preferred
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
