Sales Associate
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers politely and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate product information and support purchasing decisions.
- Sales Performance: Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.
- Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions (cash, card, mobile payments) accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
- Stock Management: Safeguard stock, prevent losses, and ensure proper stock handling.
- POS Operations: Operate POS systems and ensure proper cash handling and daily banking.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Compliance: Comply with company policies, procedures, safety, and security regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in retail sales.
- Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attributes: Integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling cash and stock. Friendly, professional, and presentable personality.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
