Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising and stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are displayed professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
• Follow company policies and provide excellent service standards at all times.
Requirements:
• Graduate or above.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality (Retail experience will be an added advantage).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules
