Sales Associate

As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to complete a video assessment
designed to evaluate communication, presentation, and sales skills.

Video Assessment Instructions

Using your phone, record yourself answering the following four questions:

• Record in a quiet, well-lit environment.
• Ensure your phone is stable and record in landscape mode.
• You may submit one continuous video or four separate clips.
• Please adhere to the specified time limits for each question.

Introduce Yourself (30 Seconds)

• Tell us who you are and why you would like to work in sales at Hypa.

Sell Us Something (90 Seconds)

• Imagine we are the owners of a busy restaurant in Nairobi. Choose any product you know well
• and sell it to us. Demonstrate how you would introduce the product, build interest, and close the
• sale.

Handle an Objection (60 Seconds)

• A customer tells you, “Your price is too high; I can get it cheaper somewhere else.” Show us
• How would you respond in a real sales conversation?

A Time You Fell Short (60 Seconds)

• Tell us about a time you missed a target, lost a deal, or made a mistake at work. Explain what
• happened and what you learned from the experience.
