Description:

REFINE HOME, a furniture showroom based in Dubai Production City, is currently looking to hire a professional and customer-oriented Female Sales Associate to join its growing retail team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, well-presented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a showroom environment.

This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute effectively to sales targets while maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the showroom and provide detailed product information

• Support and achieve individual and team sales targets

• Maintain attractive product displays and overall showroom appearance

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Support daily retail operations and sales activities
