A rapidly expanding women’s fashion brand is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to become part of its retail teams located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion, enjoy helping customers style outfits, and thrive in a vibrant retail environment. The company is looking for team members who can contribute to delivering memorable shopping experiences while supporting store performance and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with styling advice and product recommendations
- Help customers select outfits that match their preferences and needs
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
- Accurately handle billing and sales transactions using store systems
- Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal collections, and current fashion trends
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Work toward achieving individual sales goals as well as overall store targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Genuine interest in fashion, styling, and retail trends
- Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented approach
- Positive personality with strong verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in retail sales is considered an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Must be currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi according to store placement
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
