Successful candidates will contribute to creating an inviting shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, maintaining high merchandising standards, and supporting the store’s daily operations. Multiple opportunities are available for individuals with varying levels of retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products and providing accurate product information.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory organization.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve store performance and sales targets.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Requirements:
• High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree, depending on the position.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Passion for home décor, interior design, and retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
