Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit Households, Corporates, and Resellers to purchase Jibu products.
- Lead Activations in selected areas within the territory to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Gather Customer Feedback on product quality and service to help improve our offerings.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships by providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in Tender Preparation for large-scale water supply projects.
DELIVERY PERSONNEL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely and timely deliver Jibu products to customers using motorbike or vehicle.
- Load, transport, and handle products with care.
- Provide excellent customer service and collect payments where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned motorbike or vehicle.
- Keep accurate delivery and stock records
