A growing real estate organization in Dubai, Empire Developments, is currently looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented Sales Admin & Customer Service professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department while ensuring smooth client communication and efficient administrative operations.
This position is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling client interactions while managing sales-related documentation and internal coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of client data, transactions, and sales activities
• Assist in preparing and organizing sales documents and reports
• Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales and operations teams
• Monitor and update system records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Support daily operational tasks related to sales administration
Requirements:
