MyShops UAE is looking for motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join its growing retail team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting the right technology products, achieve sales targets, and represent some of the world’s leading consumer electronics brands. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting smartphones, IT products, consumer electronics, and accessories.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest technology trends.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
• Support daily store operations and maintain attractive product displays.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics retail sales.
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
• UAE retail experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Smartphones, IT products, and consumer electronics.
• Leading technology brands including Apple, Samsung, Honor, Xiaomi, Lenovo, and HP.
• Basic computer operations and POS systems.
