- Conduct live product demonstrations for key accounts, highlighting the clinical and operational advantages of dialysis machines, disposables, and life-sustaining renal devices.
- Manage existing customer relationships by identifying training gaps, scheduling follow-up visits, and acting as the primary clinical point of contact for account-related technical concerns.
- Gather real-world feedback from clinicians and feed insights into Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to shape commercial strategy and product enhancements.
- Ensure all educational materials, promotional activities, and equipment management practices comply with local medical regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align clinical support initiatives with regional sales targets and product launch timelines.
- Build and maintain a detailed knowledge of renal centres across Kenya, mapping key stakeholders and tracking competitor activity in the renal ecosystem.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a science-related discipline; an MBA or equivalent management qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated renal sales experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Solid understanding of Kenya’s renal care landscape, including referral patterns, reimbursement dynamics, and key renal centres.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the renal therapy segment.
