Align Security L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on security experience and the ability to manage security teams effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security activities, ensuring operational standards, supporting team performance, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Candidates with a valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certification and previous leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily security operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead and coordinate security teams to maintain effective site coverage.
• Monitor security procedures and respond to incidents when required.
• Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and communication of security matters.
• Support team members and provide guidance during daily operations.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of security experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage security operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Security operations and team supervision
• Incident reporting and safety procedures
• Security compliance and operational management
