Loan Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client growth and ensuring portfolio performance through effective loan management and collections.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience as a Loan Officer, Collection Officer, or Relationship Officer.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and retain clients through proactive relationship management.
  • Meet loan disbursement and collection targets.
