Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in home healthcare settings

• Monitor patient health conditions and maintain accurate medical records

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Assist patients with daily healthcare needs while ensuring comfort and safety

• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare teams, and patient families regarding treatment plans

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of patient progress

Requirements:
