Canune is seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join its growing team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in real estate or property accounting and proven experience managing financial operations across multiple business entities.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and management reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The role requires excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations, including payments and financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and reporting activities.
• Manage accounting processes across multiple entities within the UAE and KSA.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proven experience in real estate or property accounting.
• Experience managing accounts across multiple entities, preferably in the UAE and KSA.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Accounting standards, internal controls, and financial compliance.
• Day-to-day accounting operations and payment processing.
