Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Overview

As a Chartered Accountant in the Accounts & Finance team, you will oversee day-to-day accounting activity and help keep the company’s financial records complete and reliable. Your reporting, compliance checks and analysis will give management a clear basis for financial planning and business decisions in an electronics trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine accounting processes and maintain accurate ledgers, supporting records and financial documentation.
• Prepare and review financial statements and periodic reports, checking figures for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate variances and follow up on items that need correction or clarification.
• Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and the company’s internal financial policies.
• Contribute to budgets, financial forecasts and planning activities by preparing relevant data and analysis.
• Support audit requirements and coordinate requests with external auditors and internal teams.
• Provide financial analysis and practical insights to help management assess performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recognised Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience after qualification.
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, audit, reconciliations and compliance.
• Confident use of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to accuracy.
• Clear communication and effective organisational skills for working with colleagues and auditors.
