A leading organization in the real estate sector is seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join its finance team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with a solid background in property accounting and experience managing financial operations across multiple business entities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting operations for multiple entities, including UAE and KSA business operations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, management reports, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.
• Handle daily accounting transactions, payments, and financial record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proven experience in real estate or property accounting.
• Experience managing accounts across multiple entities, preferably within the UAE and KSA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
