- Develop board-ready presentations, memos, and analyses from research, verbal guidance, or brief outlines; use AI to accelerate drafting and apply sound editorial judgment before delivery.

- Run HR Leadership Team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on agreed actions.
- Prepare and interpret recurring HR metrics covering headcount, turnover, time to fill, engagement, and compensation ratios, and produce additional analysis when needed.
- Maintain a current dashboard of HR priorities and initiatives, highlighting progress, required CPO decisions, and emerging delays; manage the HR rhythm-of-business tracker.
- Record CPO decisions and delegated actions with an owner, due date, and expected outcome; monitor progress, flag risks early, and escalate overdue commitments.
- Own the HR newsletter from editorial coordination through final review and distribution, working with HR Directors and teams to gather content.
- Plan quarterly HR Leadership Team retreats, covering content and logistics, supporting facilitation, and tracking follow-up commitments.
- Keep a searchable archive of decisions, templates, and prior work to make useful materials easy to retrieve.
