QA/QC Engineer

A company operating in the UAE is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer who is available for immediate joining. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in quality assurance and quality control processes, particularly within infrastructure, transmission, or power-related projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards across project activities, managing documentation, and coordinating with various teams to maintain high-quality deliverables. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle documentation and reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR) in line with project requirements
• Handle Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and ensure proper documentation
• Develop, review, and implement Method Statements
• Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) effectively
• Manage Requests for Information (RFI) processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure quality compliance

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience working on transmission, power, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with utilities or similar environments within the UAE or GCC region
• Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Prior experience in UAE or GCC projects is an advantage
