Role Overview
The Interior Fit-Out Engineer will oversee day-to-day site delivery in Dubai, coordinating trades and project stakeholders while checking that installation work meets the required specifications. The role helps keep fit-out projects on schedule, resolves practical site issues, and supports consistent standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out work on site and check workmanship against project requirements.
- Coordinate daily activities with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Track site progress, identify schedule risks, and follow up on outstanding work.
- Support the execution of construction and installation activities in line with safety procedures.
- Investigate site constraints and propose practical engineering solutions.
- Check that completed work aligns with specifications and agreed project requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant engineering qualification.
- Previous experience delivering interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence; this is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of site supervision, project coordination, and fit-out construction practices.
- Clear communication, sound problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
