TAM Analyst (IT Asset Management Analyst)

Role Overview

The TAM Analyst will oversee the day-to-day control of technology assets across business locations, keeping inventory information reliable and supporting each asset from acquisition through ongoing use. By strengthening governance, tracking service commitments and identifying opportunities to manage costs, this role helps maintain dependable technology operations in a banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including inventory updates, status monitoring and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate asset database records for end-user computing equipment and other IT hardware.
• Support asset governance, compliance and risk controls by keeping records and processes aligned with requirements.
• Monitor warranties, annual maintenance contracts, service agreements and related documentation.
• Use ServiceNow or other ITAM tools to record asset information, monitor inventory and prepare reports.
• Visit branches to review technology asset needs and coordinate appropriate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and support process improvements and cost optimisation opportunities in asset management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of end-user computing hardware and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITAM tools, asset databases, inventory tracking and reporting.
• Practical knowledge of warranty, AMC and service agreement tracking.
• Skills in asset governance, compliance, cost optimisation and process improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and assess IT asset requirements during branch visits.
• Must currently be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
