Project Field Sales Manager

Our client a construction firms, is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Field Sales Manager to oversee field sales operations and drive project-based sales growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing client engagements on-site, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Manage and coordinate field sales teams to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and support sales activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or project sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: KES 80,000 – 150,000 per month
- Sales Commission: 1% – 3% based on sales performance
