Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise on-site construction and installation activities across assigned projects

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution

• Oversee aluminium, steel, cladding, and architectural fabrication works as per project requirements

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are strictly followed

• Prepare and review technical drawings, site reports, and progress documentation

• Monitor material usage, site productivity, and project milestones

• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support when required

• Coordinate with internal departments for project planning and execution updates

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and client specifications

• Support project completion within defined timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction, fabrication, or site engineering roles

• Strong knowledge of aluminium, steel structures, cladding, or architectural works

• Ability to manage fast-paced site operations and multiple project tasks

• Strong technical coordination and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution processes

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• UAE project experience will be considered an advantage
