A well-established UAE-based construction company is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and manage overall project execution activities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams

• Prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and work plans

• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents

• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational challenges

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and engineering practices

• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to site teams

• Manage material planning, inspections, and project handover processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 3+ years of UAE construction industry experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of project engineering and construction management principles

• Experience in site execution, coordination, and supervision

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• UAE Driving License preferred
