Job Description

Job Title: Factory Administrative Intern

About the Role

Burn is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Administrative Intern to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across various departments. The intern will assist with data entry, documentation, staff coordination, reporting, and general office support while gaining hands-on experience in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Support data entry and maintenance of employee records and timesheets
  • Assist in tracking attendance and biometric reports
  • Help prepare operational and payroll-related documentation
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and company records
  • Support communication with casual staff and supervisors
  • Support meeting coordination and minute-taking when required
  • Assist in coordinating factory employees' leave applications and maintaining leave records
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidentiality and integrity
