Altawiz Consultancy LLC is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with solid hands-on experience managing HR operations and employee-related processes within the UAE.
The successful candidate will independently handle day-to-day HR activities, including payroll support, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance management, and compliance with UAE labor regulations. Candidates with strong organizational skills and practical experience using HR systems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Process payroll inputs and support salary-related procedures, including WPS.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Utilize ERP/HRMS platforms to manage HR data efficiently.
• Coordinate MOHRE and Free Zone-related employee processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in UAE HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing and WPS.
• Hands-on experience using ERP/HRMS software.
• Good knowledge of the MOHRE website and UAE labor procedures.
• Experience with Free Zone portals and employee-related processes.
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave, and attendance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Payroll Processing and WPS
• ERP/HRMS software and UAE HR operations
• MOHRE, Free Zone portals, and UAE labor regulations
