Description:
VANEST for Medical Equipment Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in procurement and supplier management within the medical, dental, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing dental and medical equipment, consumables, and spare parts from both local and international suppliers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing healthcare organization while ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source dental and medical equipment, consumables, and spare parts from local and international suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate procurement terms.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and international shipping procedures.
• Maintain procurement records and update data using Odoo ERP.
• Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing data using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or Procurement.
• 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience using Odoo ERP is mandatory and preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
• Experience in the medical, dental, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE import regulations is an advantage.
