Position: Personal Secretary / Quality Controller (QC) / Tele-Sales Agents

Description:

F&C Properties LLC and Imza Premium Properties LLC, two rapidly growing real estate companies in Dubai, are currently expanding their team and seeking motivated, experienced, and result-driven professionals. This opportunity is strictly open for immediate joiners who are ready to contribute effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The company is looking for individuals with strong communication skills, UAE real estate market knowledge, and the ability to manage client interactions, administrative tasks, and sales operations efficiently. Candidates with experience in the UAE secondary property market and familiarity with real estate platforms will be given preference.

Open Positions & Responsibilities:

1. Personal Secretary (Tele-Sales Role to the CEO)
• Provide direct administrative and tele-sales support to the CEO.
• Communicate fluently in both Russian and Arabic (mandatory requirement).
• Handle client communication and follow-ups related to real estate inquiries.
• Support daily scheduling, coordination, and documentation tasks.
• Must have at least 6 months of UAE real estate secondary market experience.

2. Quality Controller (QC)
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of property listings and administrative data.
• Manage and verify listings across Property Finder and Bayut portals.
• Maintain compliance and quality standards in real estate documentation.
• Handle administrative duties related to property updates and reporting.
• Prior UAE real estate administrative experience is required.

3. Tele-Sales Agents (2 Positions Available)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential property clients.
• Promote real estate listings and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and commission-based incentives.
• Experience in UAE real estate secondary market is mandatory.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong background in UAE real estate industry is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in real estate platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut (for QC role).
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate availability to join is strictly required.
• Multilingual ability (Russian & Arabic) required for Personal Secretary role.
