Operations & Technology Executive – Nairobi based

Our client, a premium lifestyle and concierge business, is seeking an experienced Operations & Technology Executive to join its growing team in Nairobi. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized member experiences through efficient operations, strong supplier partnerships, and forward-thinking technology.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the management team, you will oversee day-to-day service operations, manage the company’s CRM and digital platforms, and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data to improve efficiency and scale the business. This role is ideal for a structured, analytical, and solutions-focused professional who is passionate about operational excellence and excited to work in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or a technology-enabled business environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management and process improvement capabilities.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and technology-driven business improvement.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations and workflow to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee CRM, AI tools, and digital platforms.
• Develop and improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage supplier performance and service quality.
• Oversee member billing, reporting, and administration.
• Monitor operational performance data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governance and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency.
• Support the implementation and adoption of operational systems and tools.
• Collaborate with the CEO and management team on operational priorities and continuous improvements.
