- Tag and document equipment, complete handovers, and manage device moves, replacements, retrievals and redeployments.
- Provide first- and second-line assistance for hardware failures, peripheral faults, network interruptions, power problems and user-reported incidents.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance; arrange repairs, warranty support or replacements, and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in the field.
- Show users how to operate and care for equipment, perform basic troubleshooting and report problems; prepare practical guides and checklists when needed.
- Keep asset records up to date, including serial numbers, locations, assigned users, condition and service history; produce installation, visit, maintenance and incident reports.
- Assist with basic LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch, modem and internet troubleshooting; coordinate with providers and site teams, flag power or security risks, and verify that installations meet approved standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in IT or technical support, hardware maintenance, field operations or technology deployment.
- Practical experience supporting hardware-based systems at multiple sites; experience with large-scale rollouts or distributed environments is an advantage.
- Experience with government platforms, access control, biometric or point-of-sale systems, or field service operations would be beneficial.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and careful record-keeping.
- Ability to guide non-technical users, work independently in the field, and maintain professional standards and accountability.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country and work flexible hours during deployments, maintenance or urgent support needs.
