Job Description

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will contact car dealerships across the UK to introduce Revio’s automotive services and develop new commercial partnerships. Your daily work will combine outbound prospecting, conversations with dealership decision-makers, and careful follow-up to turn potential interest into signed agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to dealership owners, general managers, sales directors, and other relevant contacts.
  • Explain Revio’s automotive services in a clear, conversational way and tailor your approach to each prospect.
  • Respond to concerns, handle objections, and discuss partnership terms with prospective dealers.
  • Follow up with leads by phone and email, keeping conversations moving toward a decision.
  • Meet agreed activity and acquisition goals, including call volumes, lead-generation measures, and weekly dealership targets.
  • Record contact details, call outcomes, and lead progress accurately in the CRM.
  • Research the UK motor trade to improve prospecting and refine sales conversations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous practical experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, cold calling, or B2B lead generation; automotive sales experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional accent suitable for conversations with UK business contacts.
  • Confident communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • A target-focused approach and the ability to build rapport without relying on a rigid script.
  • Strong organisation and self-management, with the discipline to work remotely during UK business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. London time.
  • A personal computer or laptop, reliable high-speed fibre internet, a USB noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet home workspace.

What We Offer / Why Join

  • Fully remote work from Kenya.
  • Monthly base pay of KSh 30,000, with uncapped performance commission.
  • Initial training and opportunities for longer-term career development.
